The beauty of a painting with the detail of a
photograph. the same quality as a custom
portrait which is bonded to an artist's canvas and
mounted on a stretcher frame.
custom:
Each print is hand printed to your specifications,
custom cropped, and protected with a lacquer spray,
10 x 10 and/or larger portraits are mounted to an
art board. retouching will include removing
blemishes and softening of harsh facial lines
(correction of hair and clothing are not included).
All black and white prints are custom.
machine:
A beautiful portrait without the expense of hand
finishing. All prints are cropped. 5 x 7
and/or larger portraits are sprayed with a
protective lacquer. 10 x 10 and/or larger
portraits are mounted on art board unless otherwise
indicated.

Is Required prior to the session to insure that
your session is reserved. Deposits can be made
online (Deposit/Retainer),

A Deposit Fee of $50 dollars is due 1 week in advance in order to
reserve your session time. The deposits may be refunded if the session
is rescheduled at least 10 days in advance.
Be sure to call to reserve your studio
time prior to mailing in your deposit.
•Travel fees are only applied to distances of
15 miles or more from our studio, which is located
in Downtown Fort Worth, 2 miles north of the
Fort Worth Botanical Gardens.
•Less than 15 miles is free-of-charge, anything
between 16 - 49 miles is a flat rate of $25, any
trip 50 miles or more is $2 per mile over 15 miles.
•$125 charge for start times prior to 8:00a.m.
•On-site location changes are an extra $25.
•Holiday Fee - Any services falling on a
holiday weekend will incur a flat rate of $150.
There is also a $500 minimum for photo sessions on
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New
Year's Eve & New Year's Day.
Retouching
About Retouching – Photographs usually do not depict people the
way our eyes see them. Facial lines and blemishes are exaggerated.
Minor wardrobe and set defects appear more pronounced and are more
distracting. Because the camera transforms a 3-D person into a 2
dimensional image, the subject may appear slightly disproportionate
and possibly heavier than he or she truly is. Retouching allows us
to present people in a much more realistic fashion.
Standard
Retouching applies to original image only – includes:
·removing blemishes
·softening facial lines
·removing stray hairs
·removing facial shine
·adjusting jaw lines
Digital
Art and Graphics $50 per hour, ½ hour minimum:
Partial coloring (eyes, clothing, flowers, etc.)
Adding effects (like butterflies)
Making composites
Complex text overlays
Simple text overlays: $5
Proofs
Digital proofs may be purchase on CD. Contact studio for price
information.

Full amount due at time of order if less than $300; otherwise, at
least ½ total amount is due at time of order, and ½ due at time of
pick-up

Note
on Printing
Your portrait will be printed according to your instructions or like
the proof (in the absence of specific requests).
If we fail to follow your instructions or if the prints differ
substantially from the proof, we will gladly remake your portrait at
no charge.
If you decide to have the portrait remade differently from your
previous instructions or from the proof, we will redo the portrait
at cost (approximately $20 per 8x10 or equivalent). If the portrait
requires retouching not previously requested, there will be a
standard retouching charge unless deluxe retouch package was
purchased.
Delivery
Digital proofs:
Approximately one week after sitting date.
Please allow for more time if your order needs to be
shipped to you.
Final portraits: approximately 2 weeks.

Photography. The studio reserves the right to
use the negative for display, publication or other
purposes.
It is illegal to copy
or reproduce images (proofs or finished portraits)
elsewhere without permission, and violators of this
federal law will be subject to its civil and criminal
penalties.
